Can Hip Replacement Surgery Cure Nerve Damage?

Hi I'm a 48 year old woman with perches.I Was ok till 10 years ago now I'm in constant pain.My Go sent me for a Mir the results were bad.Both hips will need replacing,my spine needs operating on.I have nerve damage of which is so painful,I have arthritis in my shoulders and elbows .I take 300m of tramadol with other medication.My question is Will the operation help my quality of life.
