Can History Of Pregnancy Be Determined?

Hi so i have a question , can you know if someone was ever pregnant in the past ? Or has had a miscarriage ? A few months ago I started having a suspicion that I could be pregnant because I have any pregnacy sympotms like missed period ,nausea , needed to use the bathroom more than usual , started having pregnacy strectch marks and etc . I didnt really think much about it because last thing i knew the dotcors told me and my partner that he couldnt have children because he smoked alot . But then after like 2 and a half months i got my period and the first day i had a blob or something of blood that was an inch and a half around there that came out and later that night i started to feel really bad i started to feel really cold even though covered in two blankets and when i woke up an hour or two later i was sweating , and was really hot and it didnt go away with a really bad stomach that all i did was throw up until i drank medichine i started to feel a little better , so i want to know what happened ?
