Can Homeopathy Treat Stomach Pain And Vomiting In A Child?

My daughter is 10 years old , from the last four month she is complaining of stomach pain and vomiting. Initially I consult to homeopathy doctor and giving homeopathy medicines , first two month she feels better and almost cured, but after two month she again feeling same problem ,this time I visited to allopathic doctor and he advised to test blood, urine and stool. But all the test result was satisfactory. Doctor prescribed medicine Junior Lanzol, But still she feels only vomiting every day during morning and evening . Please suggest, what I do Thanks Deepak

their may be many cause for stomach pain .
first of all cause should be investigated. please porovide details of all complain so that case can be analysed.
ex. duration type of pain frequency of pain . and location of pain.
mean while you can start with
Belladonq 200 three times in a day
Chamomila 30 two times in a day

For vomiting sensation it is described as nausea . For treating nausea use ipecac 200-3doses.nausea wil be cleared.if stomach pain remains after 2 days of ipecac u can go for nux vomica 200-2doses.
