Can Horizontal Cuts On Penis Be Caused By A Yeast Infection?

Hey, A few weeks ago I noticed small horizontal cuts on the underside of the shaft of my penis, I read forums and thought it might be due to a yeast infection like a doctor on the forum said it might be so I started putting lotrimin on it twice a day. I woke up last night and the area was extremely itchy and when I woke up in the morning I noticed bumps with clear liquid inside of them. You heard anything like that before?

As a physician I would like to tell you that if you had a yeast infection, it would have cleared with Lotrimin cream. Thus I would suggest that you should visit your physician as soon as possible and get the diagnosis done with help of Physical examination of the bumps with clear fluids
