Can Hormonal Imbalance Cause Low Semen Output?

I have a hormonal imbalance, high testostone,high lutinizing hormone, high estrogine do they contribute to my low semen out put, have had a surgery of infection on my buttocks and fear of nerve damage as I have consistant pain inner thighs ,knees, and feet. Operation took place in Dec.2013

Your hormonal profile is not contributory to decrease in quality or quantity of semen.It varies between 2 to 5 ml.The distribution of pain is not suggestive of any specific nerve damage.Keep calm.
