Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
Excessive sweating with hot flashes are common at menopause. This is as a result of low estrogen concentration in blood. The symptoms you describe are normal symptoms that come with menopause.I will suggest you see your Gynecologist for evaluation and management. If symptoms too severe, your Doctor may consider hormone replacement.Other causes of sweating may not give you symptoms intermittently as you describe.
Hope my answer will help you
Best regards
