Can Hot Sun Cause Severe Sweating And Wobbling Legs?

I was outside pulling weeds and I starting sweating and my legs felt woobly. I came in the house and was very shaky. So I got cold water and then ate a salad and a taco and had ice tea. Is that a sugar drop or just from being in the sun maybe overheated?

activity in hot environment may cause sweeting which is the normal mechanism to decipate heat from the body...this can make your body depleted with water and salts...and can cause drop in blood pressure and flow towards brain...symptoms can vary from dizziness to loss of conciousness....on other hand if u havent had your meal for a while and it could be hypoglycemia.means low blood sugar levels that causes symptoms of numbness, sweating, shaking, numbness , etc....in a nutshell dont worry, keep yourself hydrated and eat regularly in short intervals and enjoy your life
