Can Hypo Allergic Minoxidil Product Be Used?

i've tried every Rogaine product and have developed a scalp reaction to each but had initially experienced great hair regrowth...reaction happened within 2 weeks after using...started with the 5% for men, then tried the 2%, then thought the women's 2% might be more gentle but no luck, then tried the foam but still the same reaction (needed to use Scalpicin treatment to neutrilize my scalp)...my hair regrowth seems to react well to minoxidil but i think the vehicle it uses to deliver the active ingredient may be the problem. is there a hypoallergenic minoxidil product on the market?
