I can understand your concern and i am trying to give you some information. The most common causes of amenorrhea at your age are; -PCOS (polycistic ovarian syndrome) -Hyperprolactinemia -Hypothyreosis It takes abot 6 weeks after starting the treatment with levothyroxine to improve the symptoms. If TSH is within the normal ranges after 6 weeks than you should check your prolactine level and do some exams to rule out a PCOS. Hope the information will help.
Kind regards, Dr.Mirjeta
