Can Hypothyroidism Cause Endometrial Hyperplasia?

I have a very thickened endometrium line with a very thin, hyperechoic line in the center...I am three weeks shy from having my period, but then again bc I have history of having it randomly, who knows. I have hypothyroidism, which can be the cause of it being not random.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Hypothyroidism can cause derangement in your ovarian cycle and can cause delayed periods. It can also cause hormonal imbalances and can lead to endometrial hyperplasia.
Do thyroid function test and start on Thyroxine.
Consult a gynecologist and it would be better to start treatment to correct menstrual disturbances.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
