hi i had ectopic pregnancy on left tube then the tube was blooked now the doctor told me there is dermoid cyst on right ovary 5*4 cm
and he will remove it by surgery
i need your advice

yes you can conceive even after your operation on right ovary. There are chances for ovum from left ovary can reach right tube and resulting in fertilization.
