Can I Continue Taking Ferrous Sulfate?

hi there, I've been taking ferrous sulphate 200mg for a month now bought over the counter and feel less tired. is it ok to continue this? I got my bloods done and the receptionist says my levels are 25 and they can be between 25 and 300. didn't get to speak to the doctor
