Can I Exercise While Suffering From Fever And Sore Throat?

I have had head congestion, sore throat and coughing for five days and have only now developed a low grade fever, 100.5. My "normal" temp is about 97.6. Two questions: any reason NOT to get on a cross country flight from DC to SF tomorrow morning, should I continue to stop my exercise routine, or can I safely and reasonably do cardio?
