Can I Fly In Spite Of Diagnosed With Pleurisy?

Hi, I am 63 years old and in March this year had surgery to repair a prolapsed mitral valve. The surgery was very succcessful, but a couple of months later I was diagnosed with pneumonia. Shortly after that I had fluid on my left lung and repeated bouts of pleurisy. Whilst the fluid on the lung is now resolved, I am still getting pleurisy. I am booked to fly from Australia to the UK on 25 November. Will it be safe to travel?
