Can I Get Oligo/azoospermia If Suffering From Bilateral Gynecomastia?

i am a homoeopath. i am having small bilateral gynecomastia since10 yrs but i am not klinfilters patient. i am suggested to take evion 400 PO once a day with supradyn tab.is there any chances of having oligo/azoospermia with this gynecomastia.if it is there suggest me what should i do?

Hello,

Sometimes gynaecomastia may be associated with hormonal imbalances like low testosterone and in that case sperm count may be affected. You can simply go for a semen analysis to check whether the sperm count is normal or not. If you find anything abnormal, you can consult an infertility specialist and get evaluated.
