Hi,
If you were in the fertile period when you had the intercourse, you have sure chances of conception. The hormone given later, once conception has happened, cannot stop it. In view of the strong symptoms of pregnancy you are currently experiencing, you should see a specialist and get properly evaluated; a trans-vaginal sonogram and a blood test for pregnancy are required to confirm/exclude pregnancy. If negative, your symptoms can be due to the hormone content in the depo shot. Hope this helps.
