Can I Get Pregnant By Having Unprotected Sex Right After Period?

I am 26 years old un-married girl. I had intercourse right after periods and it was on October, 15, 2014. Its been 45 days that I did not have periods and I did several urine strips test which all came positive. Iam pregnant and feel pain in belly and vomiting as well. Please help me how to prevent this pregnancy

As you mentioned that you had sexual intercourse just after period (but you didn't mention after how many day ,you had sex ).
But contrary of this ( usually ) your urine pregnancy test is POSITIVE and this is all against normal ovulation practice.
Still I advise you please consult a GYNAECOLOGIST and get in physical examination for pregnancy confirmation .
If pregnancy is confirmed then your gynae will advise you abortion pill and you will get rid of unwanted pregnancy.
This is normal practice.

You have missed the period and urine tests are positive so you are pregnant.
Please consult your gynecologist for examinations ans USG.
Up to 49 days, it can be terminated by medicines for that consult your doctor.
After that, surgical treatment needed up to 20 weeks.
After 20 weeks, it can't be terminated.
