Can I Get Pregnant Inspite Of Having Unprotected Sex?

Hi. My daughter was born on the 27 January (almost 3 months ago) and since then me and my partner have had sex twice unprotected and 3 times after that but he didn t cum in me the last 3 times.... I ve only had one heavy period that lasted 4-5 days since I had my daughter... Lately I ve been having really bad lower back pain, and headaches my breast have been aching and I ve been craving spicy food (which I ve never liked to eat..) I had a blood test done about a week or two after we had sex but it came back negative.. This morning I went to the toilet for a pee it didn t hurt and my urine was dark and when I wiped I noticed a little bit of blood... What do you think it could be from?

Hi,
During lactating a baby there is anovulatory cycle so there period might absent so this is safe period but it is not always safe as any time ovulation can take place and there is a chance of having pregnancy.
Now go for pregnancy test and if it is negative then avoid unprotected sex.
O)k and take care.
