Can I Get Pregnant Post Unprotected Sex Despite Missing A Birth Control Pill?

I have a birth control question. I had unprotected sex during my placebo week (that Friday, I had just got off my period that morning) so I was protected. But my pharmacy messed up my prescription so I missed Sunday and Monday's pills. I doubled up Tuesday and Wednesday to make up for the missed pills. When we had sex no ejaculation occurred and I wanted to stop because I wasn't in the mood. Pre cum was present but he hadn't ejaculated in well over 24hrs and he had urinated several times since then too. I'm just wondering if because I missed those pills that I would've ovulated. And also if I would've doubled up would it have effected fertilization. Sorry it's a lot.

HI,
I understand your concern.
- You had finished active pills without a break in previous month & then started inactive pills - which a gap given to induce withdrawal bleeding. You had the bleeding also during this inactive pills.... Then you were late to start new pack of pills by Two days- & compensated it by taking two pills for two days. Is it ?
* looking at physiology of menstrual cycle .. the ovulation follows on 14th day of a 28 day cycle---You had missed first two pills( when uterus is not ready for ovulation)--so I don't think it will induce ovulation, again you had doubled the dose & followed the routine daily intake of pills later on----This I feel is without possibility of ovulation & fertilization . So don't worry.
* but yes, had it been a missed pill inducing ovulation,& fertilization thereafter... there is possibility of bad effect on fetus & to avoid fetal malformation the pregnancy needs to be terminated.
- When there is a break in taking pills causing disruption in hormonal level in blood-- it is likely to induce ovulation.... To avoid the risk one has to take mixed pill immediately after realizing the drop in taking pill .. this is followed by routine pill at the fixed time on the day... so you take two pills in a day to be followed by routine intake of the pills through out the month.
please remember, in such an incidence, an extra protection by using other contraceptive like condom, is to be used for one week-
Thanks.
