Hello dear
I understand your concern
You have missed two birth control pill and it decrease effectiveness of pill in preventing pregnancy.
Ideally you have to used barrier contraception for next 7 days to prevent pregnancy.
But just touching of genital does not cause pregnancy.
If you had protective sex then chance of pregnancy is nil
Continue to use your remaining pill in pack.
Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water, do regular exercise.
If period will delay by more then 7 days form your normal period date then think about pregnancy.
Hope this may hep you

Contact further if follow up needed
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
