Can I Get Pregnant With Pre-cum?

My boyfriend and I were messing around and I ended up on top of him naked. He had his boxers and jeans on but as I sat on him I felt a wet spot on his jeans. He had not cum but I think it might have been pre-cum. Is there a chance I could wind up pregnant from this?
