Hello The age of your daughter is 8 years ( approximately ) and in my opinion she is having asthmatic allergic bronchitis ( allergy to dust , wheat sesame ragi are precursor symptoms for asthmatic allergic bronchitis ) . In patient who have allergy , always eiosinophils elevated ( normal 2-5 %) As you want to give her BANCIDE ( DIETHYLCARBAMAZINE ) , yes this is a choice of drug in tropical eiosinophilia while there are also so many indications for this drug. You are giving her ventolin and pulmicort ( steroid ) , nice but when such type of patient visit my clinic I prescribe them to take monteleukast+ bambuterol tablet ( as 7 years child can take orally ) dose 0.2 mg / kg body weight for both drugs . Once or twice in day according to severity of symptoms . I usually don t recommend other drugs for such type of symptoms . Hope this information will help you.
