Can I Give Myteka To My Son Again For Chest Infection?

my son is a cp child and 17 years old he had espiratory namonia last month now he has short breating and taking oxygen at home last month dr gave him Myteka , now can i give him again because he has again chest infection and difficulty to breath by himself thanks
