Can I Have A Normal Delivery If Having A Low Lying Placenta?

hi ,Im 28 yrs now and 34 weeks pregnant.I had bleeding nd went for a scan. scan doctor said that placenta is posterior,lowlying reaching upto internal os and retroplacental haemorrhage seen at the lower end of the placenta measuring 2.58*1.2*2.0 cms(vol-3.4cc).will my delivery be c- section or normal?

Placenta is touching the internal is os.

It's called placenta prevea , your type of delivery will be caesarean section.
