Can I Have A Whooping Cough?

I have had a cough for 5 weeks now. I have postnasal drip. But more concerning is the fact that I cough extremely hard and then am gasping for air. It feels as if I have swallowed something down the wrong pipe. When I finally do get a breath, I burp. Could I have whooping cough?

Hallo .Thank you for asking this question . Whooping cough commonly known as 100 days cough . Actually your diagnosis , you have mention that is post nasal drip . You must be allergic , so having nasal congestion . Treat your allergy , your cough will automatically reduce . For that take anti allergy medicine and nebulization .
