Can I Have Anal Sex After LEEP Procedure For Cervical Dysplasia?

I was diagnosed with severe dysplasia stage 3 cause by hpv 16, 2 weeks ago i had a leep oepration done and was a big area infected with infiltrations, doctor said i may need another operation, im overwelmed by all this, also used t have anal sex with my husband do i need to cehck my anus? should we stop giving each other oral sex?
