Can I Have Normal Delivery After Finding Loop Around The Neck?

i am 34 weeks pregnant and found that in the ultrasound a loop has been found around the neck of the baby what are the complications during the delivery can i deliver the baby normally. can some exercise improve the condition or can yoga help.my all vital stats are normal

Hi,
The baby keeps moving in the uterus. So the loop of cord may move away before you go into labour.
Exercise and yoga don't seem to help.
Most babies having loop around the neck deliver normally. So don't get worried.

But in some cases as the baby moves down the birth canal the loop may get tight around the neck causing problem to the baby. But this can be detected on the fetal monitoring . In this situation cesarean needs to be done.
Therefore what is important is when you start labour pains you must have continuous monitoring of fetal heart rate using the monitor.
