Can I Recover From Castle Man Pomes Disease?

Good morning; Dennis Garcia is my name, I had been diagnosis with castleman pomes disease something to do with b2 cells and I had cyclophosphamide infusion, my feet are swollen, very numb and tingling . My question is a- do you now any body with the same diagnosis ? B- on your opinion that I getting the write treatment ? C- can I recover? D- what can I do to help my feet to don t get any more numb and recover my sensation that will allow Me walk properly. E- is this treatment want work what others can I have? its a rare disease.i have not seen any one yet with it.
B;your treatment is right.cyclophosphamide is the main stay of treatment for it.
C;the disease course is chronic and progressive,so recovery is difficult.
D;Treatment with high-dose chemotherapy followed by autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation may result in clinical improvements of polyneuropathy,it will ease your numbness.
E;The current mainstays of treatment for patients with diffuse disease include combinations of corticosteroids, low-dose alkylators, and peripheral blood stem cell transplantation following high-dose chemotherapy. Some caution should be used in selecting the chemotherapeutic regimen to avoid worsening of the polyneuropathy.
