Can I Smoke At The Age Of 13 ?

First of all, I m only 13 years old. Last night I smoked a cigarette for the first time. I feel so guilty and some of my friends are disappointed but I feel fine. I actually want another one. What should I do? And how can I get cigs without my parents knowing?
