Can I Stop Taking Lyrica For Few Days Safely?

Hi, I am currently taking 150mg of lyrica twice a day. I have been on it for a over a year and don,t really know if it helping with my fibromyalgia and greater trochanteric pain syndrome in both hips. I am also taking 10 mg of morphine twice a day for pain. I would like to stop taking lyrica for a trial just to find out if it has therapeutic benefits for me. Can I just stop taking lyrica for a few days safely?
