Can I Take Riconia Silver Supplement?

I am planning to take Riconia Silver, a multivitamin supplement. I am a strict vegetarian and take lot of green vegetables, milk and less of fruits, except Banana. Can I take Riconia Silver? I don t smoke or drink. I am 48 years old. please advise. I am a ,male.

Why do you want to start a multivitamin supplement when you are not having any problem and your diet is also not deficient?
I would suggest you to first consult your physician for starting the supplement as excess of any nutrient is also injurious to health.
