Can I Take 'celestamine' For Allergy During Pregnancy?

Hi doctor. I'm mayh, 33 years old, weighs 52.5 k. I was told to drink celestamine tab for my allergic reaction since I developed itchy and reddish swellings that grows big and multiplies. It started like a mosquito bite. But was wondering if it's okay to take it while pregnant. I'm 1 week delayed.

Welcome to HCM and thanks for asking your question. I can understand your concern for your baby.
In simple words, celestamine, which contains steroid can affect baby's growth and it should not be used during pregnancy without consulting your gynec.
So i would not suggest you to take celestamine during pregnancy,but instead you can take other anti allergic drugs like cetrizine, which is much safer during pregnancy.
