Can I Take Clexane Injection While Having A Menstrual Period?

Dear Dr, I have been prescribed clexane 40 mg daily because I had PCL and MCL coplete tear due to fell of from my push bike 3 weeks ago, and I am going to fly to England from Australia tomorrow. I started my period yesterday. is that alright if I continue to use the clexane injection? Thank you very much.
