Can I Take Food Supplements As I Have Hypothyroidism?

Hi Doc - i am 33 years old male that have been on treatment for hypothyroidism for about 18 years taking 100micro grams of Eltroxine and TSH & T4 are in normal levels. I am hitting the gym i was wandering if its OK to use supplements such as: Whey Protein / Creatine / Amino Acids. Please advise and give detailed answer on each of the above supplements

yes you can use whey protein . as you are hypothyroid patient nothing to worry ,just check TSH regularly.
