Ideally in the first trimester you should not take any sort of medicines other than that advised by your doctor and that is mainly Iron;calcium;folic acid etc.Since you have toothache it will be better to consult your Gynaec before taking medicine and please do not take Ketorol DT without your Gynaecs advice.
