Can I Take Testosterone Therapy With CKD?

I have stage 3 CKD. My latest calculated GFR was 46. I am 67 years old and in good health otherwise except for hypertension which is well controlled. I live in Costa Rica half time. I obtain and use IM testosterone replacement therapy in Costa Rica. Your thoughts on CKD and testosterone?
