hi i am having a mastoid operation and flying to spain 4 weeks later will this affect it?

Welcome to healthcaremagic.com.4-6 weeks is the usual time required to heal post mastoid surgery unless the vestibular apparatus was also operated.You can fly provided your surgeon gives you a clearance.
