Can I Use Flutivate Cream Regularly And Is There Any Side Effect?

My daughter is 10 yrs old. She had skin disease .yesterday doctor declared that it is atopic eczema.it is for whole life. I am very much worried.i am using flutivate skin cream. It is very effective. Can I use it regularly or there is any side effect.
