Can I Use Misoprostol With Out Seeing A Doctor?

can i use Misoprostol with out seeing a doctor if i was already perscribed it in november for early miscarriage for the same thing today? i took a clear blue pregnancy test 1 week ago and it was postive saying 2-3 weeks. my period is 1 week and 4 days late
