Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
The pigmentation on your face could be melasma, a common pigmentation problem aced by adults.
You could use a broad spectrum sunscreen every 3 hours during day time.
Depiwhite could be used at bedtime on the black areas to lighten them. It is quite safe if used under the supervision of a dermatologist. It does not contain any steroid component.

You could also get glycolic acid based peels done by your dermatologist. This will lighten your spots and improve your overall skin tone.

Hope this helps you.

Take care.
