Can I Use Glynase-MF Instead Of Glimfirst MP2 Forte For Diabetes?

I am taking Glimfirst MP2 Forte since last one year as prescribe by my doctor. I am out of station and me medicine is exhausted. The near by medical store offered me Glynase - MF tablet. Can I use this tablet as in interim arrangement for a week to ten days?

glimfirst MP2 forte is a combination of 3 medicines namely glimipiride, pioglitazone and metformin. Glynase MF is a combination of glipizide and metformin. Hence i strongly recommend you not to change the tablets. Change the pharmacy instead.
