As you are complaining of pink discharge along with cramps and sore breasts, it's important to rule out pregnancy. It could be a sign of 1. Ovulation 2. Implantation or 3. An outcome of your impending periods coming in few days around or other conditions.
I advice you to: - Do HPT or to do serum beta HCG levels to rule out pregnancy - Diet rich in protein - Take iron & calcium supplements. - Consult your gynecologist for further assistance.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
