Can Implanted IOL Be Replaced With New Tri-vision IOL S?
I had cataracts removed 2 years ago and IOL implanted but I am not totally satisfied with the outcome - vison distance, reading and intermediate are so inadequate i unconsconsciously looking for my spectacles as I would when wearing glasses. Can I get these IOL replaced with the recent technology of Bausch & Lomb tri-vsion IOLs?

I really appreciate your concern, you could be under the wrong impression cataract operation is just for removing the natural lens and not to correct the refractive error (Myopia, presbyopia, and other ) for all of this you have to ware the specs accordingly cataract operation will not correct the refractive errors hope this information helps.
