Can Increased Dose Of Lametec Control Seizure And Reduce Sleepiness?

seizures were not controlled with 1500 mg of Divaa. The doctor has started 25mg of Lametec in addition. This is already causing too much sleepiness . The doctor plans to go upto 75 mg of Lametec. Will the body get used to the tablet and reduce the sleepiness?Age - 22yrs . Height - 6 feet ,male weight - 92 kilos
