Hello dear,

Since you had undergone Total Thyroidectomy, your body is now in a state of Hypothyroidism.
TSH level of 10.54 Units and symptoms of tiredness & lethargy further substantiates the fact that the present dosage of 100 mcg of supplemental Thyroxin is not sufficient to maintain the Thyroid status.

Presenting with similar complaints, I advise my patients to:
1. Take Thyronorm in the dosage of 150 mcg & 100 mcg every alternate day.
2. Take a low calorie, low fat diet.
3. Avoid goitrogenic foods like cabbage, etc.
4. Keep a regular check on the Thyroid levels- preferably a Thyroid profile done every 06 weeks till the levels are normalized.

So, kindly consult your treating Physician/ Endocrinologist & discuss regarding the same.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
