Can Indigestion Cause Passing Too Much Stool In An Infant?

hello dr. my baby is 14 months.normally passes stool one time a day.today passed 3 times 2 times in little quanity but eat well since morning.not crying .stool are semi solid but smelly.last night she ate rajmain and roti that is appearing in stool all the 3 times. any sign of infection or just indigestion.i gave her a teaspoon of bonnisan every day
