Me Male.Trying for chidren(last 1 yr onwards(actaul 3yrs since we married)). Report says 75 million count.
Doctor still advised to use MAXOZA powder for 30 days. She also said report says some infection found.
Do i need to question my infertility ?????

You don't need to worry,your counts are normal.your detail report is not available.infection in semen can lead to infertility but that is reversible after treatment .
