Can Ingested Pus From A Burst Abscess Cause A Hangover?

I had an abscess burst while working a late shift. I cleaned thoroughly and was fine the remainder of the night. After work and a few hours of sleep I woke feeling almost hungover (headache, slightly nauseated, etc.) I am afraid I may have ingested pus in my sleep. Any thoughts or suggestions?

1. it may be just coincidence

2. ingestion of pus won't cause such issues

3. abscess contain pus cells loaded with bacteria

so there are no chances of hangover symptoms even if you accidentally ingested abscess
