Can Inhalers Or Montek Cause Ear Blockage And Hearing Loss?

Hello Doctor,its been in the 1st week of May my nostril gets blocked with sinus drainage and i have to use Otrivin Nasal spray every time,but after some hours of releif it gets locked with sinus drainage everytime.Then I found difficulty in breathing with chest tightness.Sometimes I couldnot even sleep properly in the night with breathing and sinus problems.Then I consulted the Doctor,he then prescribed me to use Montek lc with Combitide inhaler and Flexonage nasal spray.But he told me to take montek for 2 month and combitide for 1 month and .its been a week I have used and found out some releif from nasal blockage and shortness in breathing but today my right ear got blocked with hearing loss, sounds in ear and even dizziness.The doctor told me to take 2 puffs of spray both in Day and Night (For Combitide).Please Give me some suggestions if there is any side effects of blocked ear by taking the inhaler or using Montek ..
