Can Inhaling Fumes Of CLR And Bleach Cause Any Harmful Effects?

I accidentally mixed CLR and bleach. I noticed a strong smell and smelt the bottle for 1 second to see if it was coming from there. I was, so I spilt the mixture and rinsed the bottle with water. I was in the room for about 10 seconds. Should I be concerned about anything?
